Every leash holds more than a dog—it holds trust, patience, and connection. Behind the leash, there’s a story. Mine starts with a lifelong love for animals and a deep belief in the power of positive, respectful training. This is where I come from, what I stand for, and why I do what I do.
I've been professionally working with and training dogs since 2013—but animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, and other pets shaped the deep respect and love I feel for them today.
I’m certified in dog obedience training (ABC-DT) through Animal Behavior College and I’m also a Fear Free Certified Professional (FFCP).
Over the years, I’ve kept learning and
expanding my skills through courses with
Michael Shikashio, Dunbar Academy, and the Karen Pryor Academy—focusing on everything from leash and off-leash work to clicker training, puppy development, and socialization.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based, positive reinforcement methods. I believe in building trust and understanding first—because just like with humans, one method doesn’t work for every dog. That’s why I take the time to understand their unique history, personality, and behaviors. And just as important: I will work closely with you. Real progress happens when the connection we build in training sessions continues at home.
Training is more than experience—it’s staying curious and committed. My certifications reflect the care and responsibility I bring to every session, always using science-based, compassionate methods.

Helping dogs feel confident, fulfilled, and connected to their families is what drives me. Because a fulfilled dog is a happy dog.
